Sharing joy, fostering community, and chasing the craft of great pizza — one gathering, one story, one slice at a time.
The 7/8ths Pizza Club is part test kitchen, part community-building experiment, and all about chasing great pizza. Each round, we tweak one or two variables — dough, sauce, bake — and send out free pies to our friends (you) to taste and evaluate. You get seven-eighths of the pizza; we keep a slice for “research.” It’s curiosity, community, and carbs at their best.
First-come, first-served availability!
You will receive (FREE!):
- Two – (7/8ths) Pizzas
- 1/2 dozen garlic knots
- *Homemade cookies if someone indicates you as a referral
In return, as a club member, you are REQUIRED to:
- Provide feedback via the short form we share (QR code included with your pizzas). This is essential to the test kitchen and how we improve.
You are ENCOURAGED to:
- Tip your delivery driver
- Tag @78thsPizzaClub with a photo of your pizza night (if you don’t want to use social media feel free to text a photo – this is how we get to enjoy the experience with you!)
- Sign up again and/or recommend a local friend to help grow the community
